Outcomes
The fellowship publishes its placement outcomes annually, beginning with MOB 1. This page exists so that commitment has an address.
Status
No outcomes yet, and none claimed. The founding class convenes in fall 2026 and enters the Search Year in early 2027. The first outcomes report publishes after that year completes. Any figure on this page before then is a target, and is labelled as one.
Design Targets
What the program is built to achieve.
By the end of the
Search Year
Target: 60% or more of fellows holding a fiduciary seat — private, sponsor-backed, family, or public.
Within 36 months
of admission
Target: 40 to 50% seated on a public or pre-IPO board.
Every class
Target: 100% completing the program with an assessed capstone and an active candidacy.
These targets are ambitious, and they are honest about the timeline. A public company seat commonly takes twenty-four to thirty-six months from a standing start, and the path usually runs through a private, sponsor-backed, or nonprofit board first. A program promising a shorter road has either misjudged the market or quietly redefined what counts as a board.

How a seat is counted.
What counts
A fiduciary board seat — public, pre-IPO, private, sponsor-backed, family, or a nonprofit board of genuine scale — with a formal appointment and a director's duties. Reported by category, never aggregated into a single flattering number.
What does not
Advisory boards, observer seats, and committee memberships without fiduciary duty. These are valuable and the program brokers them, but they are not board seats and will not be counted as such.
Attribution
Seats are reported whether or not the program sourced them. A fellow who wins a seat through their own network still counts, and the program will say so.
Denominator
Every admitted fellow, including those who did not complete the program. Programs that report on completers only are reporting on a filtered population.
The methodology is published in advance of the first results, deliberately, since a generous definition is easily arrived at once the numbers are known.
