A vetted slate of AI and cyber director candidates, within forty-eight hours.
When a search carries an AI or cybersecurity specification, the fellowship submits a governance-trained, reference-checked slate at no cost. The program does not accept placement fees.

What you receive
Three to five fellows or alumni matched to your specification. Each has completed the twelve-week Board Preparation, passed a capstone assessed by sitting directors, and been reference-checked and diligenced. Each arrives with a board résumé and a one-page profile written to the standard your process expects.
Cost
None. There is no placement fee, retainer, success fee, or administrative charge, and the Fellowship accepts no payment for a placement from any party. It is that constraint which makes the slate worth a researcher's time.
Turnaround
Forty-eight hours from specification to slate.

Search Firms
A non-exclusive relationship, built around a shortage the profession already feels.
Search firms send the specifications in this category that are difficult to fill, and receive a vetted slate at no cost. Their partners are welcome to assess capstones and to attend the Summit, which allows a firm to observe a candidate under board conditions well before presenting them to a client.

Chairs
Two ways to use the program without an open search.
The briefing
A ninety-minute session each quarter on what boards should be asking about artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. It is free to attend, and independent of any search.
The Summit
Once a year, fellows present domain outlooks to an audience of nominating chairs, chief executives, and search partners, and are met as contributors first.
